• Depart from Underberg (or collection en route, if applicable) in 4 wheel drive vehicles at 0800 and travel via the Sani Pass with a stop for early tea at Sani Top Chalet.  We the travel on to Black Mountain Pass. A short walk will take us to a vantage point to view Thabana Ntlenyana – the highest peak in Southern Africa at 3482m. We then travel on to Mokhotlong via the stunning beautiful Sehonghong Valley where we will stop at “10 Riverside” for an ethnic Basotho experience. A short drive through Mokhotlong, which has been called the most remote town in Southern Africa. We return to Sani Top Chalet – the highest pub in Africa. Overnight on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis.

Day 2

• Weather permitting, a champagne breakfast on the sun deck to watch the sun rise over the Roof of Africa. Departure from Sani Top to Underberg.
• Tour ends.
